“The doors to the world of the wild Self are few but precious. If you have a deep scar, that is a door, if you have an old, old story, that is a door. If you love the sky and the water so much you almost cannot bear it, that is a door. If you yearn for a deeper life, a full life, a sane life, that is a door.”– Clarisa Pinkola Estés
My commitment to you
My superpower is my ability to see your highest self – the truly powerful person that you are! I will hold you accountable to wake up to your full potential. I will be a constant champion of your transformation. I will help you to recognize your limiting beliefs/ways of being, yet I will never buy into them as who you truly are. I believe my job is to witness you with love and hold a mirror up for you to see the ways that you have sacrificed your authentic self, ignored your true desires, and limited yourself in ways that help you feel safe but unfulfilled. My philosophy of change
We all encounter difficulties in our early childhood and adopt patterns or ways of being in order to cope with our experiences. Often times these patterns of behavior serve us in making us feel safe or in control in our family of origin. However, as we grow up and enter into new relationships these same patterns or ways of being often keep us from having the relationship with others or ourselves that we truly desire. I can help you recognize the patterns that are keeping you stuck in your life. Once you are aware of these patterns of behavior, you have more power to consciously make changes and choose new ways of being that support you in creating fulfilling relationships with yourself and others.Who I work with
I work with a limited number of individual clients who are motivated to identify the patterns that are blocking them from living their best life, and invested in making real changes so that they can experience the joy and vitality that comes from living your life fully expressed. This work is not for those who are invested in staying stuck or allowing their limited beliefs and patterns to define them. It is for those people who are courageous enough to truly acknowledge those patterns and the role that they played, while also taking risks to try new ways of being and experience life in a profound new way.I really enjoy working with therapists and healers. Being one myself, I have a deep appreciation and understanding for the unique challenges that helpers face. I also celebrate diversity and prioritize the exploration of everyone’s intersecting identities.
